Axida Limited has been renamed to Paragon HDX Limited following the acquisition of a major shareholding in the business last year. The change in name has taken effect from 9th May and reflects Paragon’s commitment to developing advanced omnichannel delivery and order fulfilment systems for the retail, logistics and service management sectors.

This latest development creates a single route to market for our portfolio of products, including modular order fulfilment system Paragon HDX and electronic proof of delivery software fleXipod. Prior to the acquisition, Paragon and Axida had been long-term business partners, jointly developing integrated software solutions for managing and optimising sophisticated delivery operations.

William Salter, Managing Director of Paragon Software Systems commented: “Using our combined expertise and longstanding presence within home delivery, dating back to the mid-1990s, we have been able to create the Paragon HDX suite of products – the most complete and feature-rich solutions currently available. The name change represents the latest phase of bringing the two businesses together and we look forward to building on our position at the forefront of the order fulfilment marketplace.”
