Axida -Paragon Software Systems has teamed up with Axida - the home delivery system specialists - to develop a fully integrated software solution designed to help companies manage home-delivery and home-service efficiently, resulting in improved customer service without compromising transportation costs. Paragon HDS (Home Delivery System) combines key elements of Axida's established HDi order management and fulfillment solution with Paragon's Continuous Optimizer engine. This provides full end-to-end order and delivery management with real time routing optimization. Paragon HDS can dynamically calculate the most cost effective time windows to offer the customer while the order is being placed and uses web services to interface easily with existing multi-channel ordering processes. Paragon HDS gives home delivery operators the confidence to offer customers narrower time windows while maintaining transportation efficiency - a much sought after service improvement in the expanding home delivery sector.

Paragon's Fleet Controller software provides the vital link between fleet tracking systems and route planning software, and is available with standard certified interfaces with a number of leading truck tracking and telematics systems.
