Axida - Paragon Software Systems has teamed up with Axida - the home delivery system specialists - to develop a fully integrated software solution designed to help companies manage home-delivery and home-service efficiently, resulting in improved customer service without compromising transport costs. Paragon's Continuous Optimiser engine integrated with Axida's configurable Order Management & Fulfilment Solution - HDi - dynamically calculates the most cost effective time window to offer the customer while the order is being placed. The modular solution has been designed to either work alongside existing ordering processes or provide a complete end-to-end solution with options such as order management, stock management, fulfilment process workflow, dynamic vehicle tracking and customer communications.
Paragon's Vehicle Tracking Technology Partners:
Paragon's Fleet Controller software provides the vital link between fleet tracking systems and route planning software. This enables your delivery fleet not just to be tracked, but to be tracked automatically against your planned schedules. Fleet Controller gives transport managers real-time visibility of how the day's plan is progressing, alerting users if a vehicle has fallen behind schedule, missed a call or deviated significantly from the planned route, or if a delay means that the driver will miss a promised delivery time window later on. This means problems can be dealt with efficiently before they have a knock-on effect on the rest of the schedule. Its also enables automatic customer text message or email notification to be sent when a delivery is approaching and provides complete planned versus actual performance reports at the end of each day, highlighting any significant deviations, changes or anomalies, and enabling continuous performance improvement.
To make these powerful customer service and transport management benefits readily available to fleet operators, Paragon is working with leading tracking system suppliers to develop standard out-of-the-box interfaces between Fleet Controller and these tracking systems. As a result, the Fleet Controller software comes with these standard interfaces already in place. In order for Fleet Controller to receive a tracking data feed from these systems, all that is generally required is an internet connection to the Fleet Controller PC.

Hopewiser - Paragon offers Hopewiser's Address Management System in the UK, integrated with the Paragon system. Particularly useful in home delivery operations, the software enables delivery addresses to be pinpointed on the Paragon roadmap, to facilitate accurate routing and scheduling.
