Deployment Options
A range of deployment options are available for Paragon's software. These include a single client PC, multiple networked PCs, or Citrix and thin client server configurations, including Internet access.
For those wanting power at their fingertips, a dedicated client PC is the best option, where the full processing power of the PC is available to the Paragon software.
Alternatively, those wanting to minimise internal maintenance costs and ensure common versions and software configurations for all users may prefer one of the thin client options. In this case, the software is installed on a central server and can be accessed by any thin client PC on the same network, subject to the licensed number of concurrent users. Where a significant number of users need to be supported, the central server can be replaced by a cluster of servers sharing responsibility for Paragon processing and managed by Citrix. The software can also be accessed by remotely based PCs using an Internet connection.
