The installation of Paragon software by Stapleton’s Tyre Services (STS) for the automatic scheduling of deliveries of over 70,000 tyres a week has quickly generated efficiency savings and recouped investment costs. By enabling STS to fulfil the diverse and variable order and delivery demands of its 8,000 customers across the UK, Paragon’s consistently efficient plans are also maintaining service standards.

Introduced by STS to replace a manual map and pin planning system, Paragon builds two schedules a day for same day and next-day deliveries to dealerships, wholesalers, national accounts and retail outlets. "Customer service is key to our operation and Paragon’s software has enabled us to meet customer delivery preferences at the same time as running a more efficient transport operation," says Ian Kirkpatrick of STS. "We have been delighted by how quickly the software has resulted in significant savings, enabling us to recover our initial investment in less than six months."
