Roberts Bakery has boosted its delivery performance to major supermarkets and food service customers such as 3663, Food Partners and Greencore thanks to Paragon routing software. After only two months of using the system, the company has seen a significant improvement in planning and delivery fleet efficiency.
The company previously planned its 35 daily direct routes manually for delivering products to hundreds of customer sites. With the new software, planning time has been reduced to a few hours and any adjustments are quick and easy, with the software re-optimising the plan automatically.
