Charged with helping WF Electrical centralise its 21-branch London operation, which involves distributing 25,000 product lines to electricians and builders on site and in store, Paragon put forward its plans. Within three months the system, and its street-level routing capability, were in live use within the M25, planning daily deliveries from the central distribution centre at Dagenham.
Not only are vehicles and driver time being managed more efficiently, despite home delivery being added to their tasks but also, according to Stock Manager Steve Callan, "Paragon ensures that we are making the right deliveries to the right place at the right time which has improved customer service."
