Deployment Options for Truck Routing and Transportation Management Software
Paragon's truck route optimization and transportation management software can be installed on individual PCs, multiple PCs connected via a network, or Citrix and thin client server systems, including Internet access.
For example, if you have a single Paragon user managing your transportation operation or are using the software for logistics and transportation modeling, you may choose to install the software on a dedicated PC or laptop.
Conversely, if you have multiple Paragon users, and want to minimize software maintenance effort and ensure all your users are on the same version, one of our network installation options may be more suitable. In this case you can choose to install the software on a central server, accessible by a number of connected thin-client PCs. Where you have a large number of users, Paragon can be loaded onto multiple servers to provide additional processing power, all managed by Citrix. Users from other locations can also access the software either via your IT network or using the Internet.
