We have a skilled team of software support consultants who are here to ensure that you get the best from your Paragon system.  As a Paragon customer you get allocated an experienced support consultant who is on hand throughout the implementation process to answer questions, advise on set-up parameters and train your users how to use the Windows-based system.  The team has a wealth of experience which will help ensure that your Paragon truck routing system is up and running, and delivering benefits, as soon as possible.

Our software installation process

A standard software installation plan involves the following stages:

  1. An initial ‘start up’ meeting is an opportunity for your allocated implementation consultant to find out more about your distribution operation, advise on system implementation and data set-up, and agree a realistic implementation timetable for you
  2. A training session for all Paragon users. Training is vital to the success of any implementation and the Paragon team has the experience to train all user levels, from transportation planners through to senior management.
  3. Parallel running phase – a time for the Paragon system to show what it can really do.  During this time your Paragon consultant is available to help you refine the system set-up to ensure you are benefitting from the best possible results.
  4. Switch over to live running.
  5. Following ‘go live’, Paragon users automatically receive access to our software helpdesk service – a dedicated telephone service giving you instant access to a trained Paragon professional who can answer any questions you may have about the system.
