Paragon has standardised, proven implementation processes that we follow for each of our implementation projects. The steps will vary slightly if we are implementing Aptean Proof of Delivery for you compared with Paragon Single Depot or Aptean Home Delivery but you can rest assured that we will be following a structured approach with time for design, testing and training.
